- Within 6 weeks of activating and maintaining your service, you will receive notification via email or letter with instructions on how to redeem your reward.
- IMPORTANT! You must claim your reward by the expiration date shown on your reward notification.
- After claiming your reward and meeting your applicable service requirement*, most customers receive their reward within 3 weeks.
